Umgebungslicht resistent

In großen Systemen wie in der Materialhandhabung und Logistik können die Umweltbedingungen niemals vollständig kontrolliert werden. Daher ist eine zuverlässige Sensorik entscheidend für den unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb solcher Anlagen. Fremdlicht kann bei herkömmlichen Sensoren zu Fehlauslösungen führen. Die Impulssynchronisierung und Lichtwellenlängenfilterung von Omron gewährleisten, dass die Erfassung nicht durch Fremdlicht beeinträchtigt wird.

Hohe elektromagnetische Störfestigkeit

IP69k

Mit dem IP69k-Test gemäß DIN 40 050, Teil 9, soll eine Hochdruck-/Dampfreinigung simuliert werden. Während des Tests werden pro Minute 14 bis 16 l Wasser mit einer Temperatur von 80 °C und einem Druck von 8.000 bis 10.000 kPa aus verschiedenen Winkeln auf den Sensor gesprüht. Der Sensor darf durch Hochdruckwasser äußerlich und funktionsmäßig nicht beschädigt werden.
